Lyra Class:

Aerial hoop (aka. lyra) is a circular apparatus suspended from a single point. Build strength, showcase flexibility and learn to flip, turn, roll, pose, and transition between positions. Sessions begin with basic skills and conditioning and gradually progress into fluid choreographed sequences. Learn to love moving in the air and fly in your first class.

Aerial Class:

Also know as tissue or fabric, aerial silk is a visually impressive skill combining strength, grace and aerial awareness. Learn to climb, wrap and drop with confidence and agility, increase core and upper body strength and overall flexibility.
